By accessing or using the services of Pesti Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Agreement
Service Limitations
Treatment effectiveness may vary and is influenced by multiple factors including:
- Type and severity of pest infestation
- Property condition and construction
- Environmental conditions and weather
- Customer cooperation with pre- and post-treatment instructions
3. Payment Terms
Pricing for services is determined based on property size, pest type, treatment methods required, and number of visits needed. Price estimates are provided after initial inspection.
4. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pesti Go's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Washington County, New York.
